Story:
Cops and thugs is the main theme of most of Puri's movies, and this movie is no different-in this case, the thugs are the now very prevalent and prominent land mafia in Hyderabad. Ali (Prakash Raj) and Narayan (Satya Prakash) are two rival land mafia groups, fighting for supremacy in this city. The good cop, police commissioner Qadri (Sayaji Shinde), wants to capture Dubai-based Ali, while the bad cop, Inspector Pasupathi (Vidyarthi) works for Ali.Meanwhile, the two groups take turns to recruit Pandu (Mahesh), an eccentric and powerful youngster in the circles, to work for them, as he works for anyone who gives him money and has no issues of loyalty or commitment towards anyone. In the process, he ends up finishing off Narayan's group and is both a favorite and an object of envy for peers in Ali's group. Ali returns to India and is captured by Qadri, but is released because his group gets hold of Qadri's daughter, who reveals to Ali an astonishing secret, which is a dramatic twist before the climax. Shruti, an aerobics teacher and Pandu are in love, although she is disgusted with his violent profession, can't stop herself from being with him; but obviously, the bad cop, Pasupathi torments her and her family. How Ali is caught and Qadri's daughter saved, and how Pandu deals with Pasupathi forms the rest of the story.

Story:
Based on the true story of a celebrated singer who lived in the 19th century, this film starts with praises of the singer who had such a good voice, and was so devoted to the Hindu god Rama that he was granted visions of the god and his retinue. The holy singer and his band of followers give recitals for a living, and also received donations. When his more worldly brother pressures him to sing for royalty, the man refuses because he does not want to detract from his own spiritual goals in life. Angry at his refusal, the brother's wife breaks the singer's image of Rama - and as a result, the man falls into despair, wandering aimlessly as his wife mourns his absence. Finally, Rama and his attendants miraculously come to the singer's aid, and he returns home to his wife, only to find that she has died. Not able to go back to the life he once lived, he decides to leave home, and never again settle in one place.
What keeps apart this movie from several others of this genre is Bapu's Direction ,KVM's music and Raman's excellent dialogue. KVM chose not to make it not too classical so that it is liked by everyone irrespective of knowledfge of music. Balu excels in rendering the songs particularly Endaro mahanubhavulu. Bapu's signature is prevalent in each frame. No haste in the pace, neat art work and perfect cast make this movie a feast for art movie lovers.
JV Somayajulu's performance is delightful. He owns the character so much that you fell like he is truly enjoying the eternal bliss of devotion towards Lord Rama. For each and every scene, moment there is a thyagarja kriti and this film uses it perfectly. This movie was not received well by the telugu audience probably due to its slow pace but I loved it to the core for its artistic nature, excellent music and spoken telugu dialogue.

It starts with a brief account on great Hindu personalities like Yogi vemana, Sri Adi Sankaracharya and Ramanujacharya. It captures every aspect of Veere Brahmam's life with meticulous details. Music by susarla is pleasing. Most of the songs are his kala gnana bodhana. Two songs - one about the birth cycle and the other one about chakras are very knowledgeable. NTR excels in the role.

Story:
Subhalekha has Chiranjeevi in the lead role and was made by K. Viswanath. It was the first time they both came to work together and after this successful movie went on to make 2 more movies, Swayamkrushi in 1987 and Aapathbandhavudu in 1992. The film was made at a time when Chiranjeevi had started getting lead actor roles and followed the immensely successful film Intlo Ramaiah Veedhilo Krishnaiah. After making Saptapadi in which he dealt with the social stigma of caste system, K. Viswanath followed up with this film in which he dealt with the social malady of dowry system. The film was released on 11 June 1982 .Murthi (Chiranjeevi) is a multi talented person who works as a waiter in a star hotel since he is unable to pass his B.A. exams. He meets Sujatha (Sumalatha), a lecturer who works in a college run by councillor Ankela Adiseshayya (Kaikala Satyanarayana). Mohan (Girish) who is an engineer and elder son of Adiseshayya comes to Sujatha's place along with his father for marriage proposal during which Sujatha stands up and has argument with Adiseshayya when the latter demands exorbitant amounts as dowry. This creates a rift between Sujatha and her parents who fear that this act of Sujatha might ostracize them from society.Adiseshayya also dismisses Sujatha from her job. During this difficult phase Murthi, as a friend provides solace to Sujatha which is mistaken as an affair between them and Sujatha is forced to leave her home. Murthi creates a big ruckus during the felicitation function of Adiseshayya and humiliates him. Adiseshayya retaliates by hiring goons to beat up Murthi and also gets him dismissed from his job. Left with no choice, Murthi takes Sujatha to Hyderabad and meets Rao (Arun) whom he had met during the latter's stay in the hotel where Murthi had worked. Rao, who is in a senior post in Allwyn hires Sujatha.
Back home, Lakshmi (Tulasi), younger sister of Sujatha, falls in love with Murali (Subhalekha Sudhakar) who is the younger son of Adiseshayya. Murali threatens his father of suicide and forces his father to get him married to Lakshmi. Left without a choice Adiseshayya who had dreamed of getting a lot of dowry since his son is a doctor accepts the proposal with very little dowry. After marriage Lakshmi leaves to Sujatha's place where Murthi arranges for a marriage between Sujatha & Rao. Lakshmi with consent from her husband also files a suit against Adiseshayya to surrender his son, Murali to her since she paid for him during her marriage to teach Adiseshayya a lesson. Seeing this notice, Adiseshayya along with his son and Laskhmi's parents come to Hyderabad just before the marriage of Sujatha. The climax deals with how Adiseshayya is taught a lesson and also ends with the marriage of Murthi & Sujatha as per the wishes of the latter. Adiseshayya returns to his home, only to find that his elder son, Mohan had married the widowed cousin of Murthi.

Story:
If SHIVA introduced Ram Gopal Varma as a promising director to Telugu screen, his second film KSHANA KSHANAM proves that Shiva is not a chance success. Young Ram Gopal Varma displays his mature mind in cinematography art, in framing every scene of Kshanakshanam in Hollywood texture, well helped by the photographer S Gopal Reddy and editor Shankar. This film is rich in visuals, audiography and then in content too that too totally absorbing despite of its meager volume of subject. For that matter, it is an experiment how a small subject can be expanded into an engrossing two-hour drama, keeping every character active. And Ram Gopal Varma achieved it. He gave the film more classic touch than just catering to the mass taste. The theme despite of its ghastly exterior has a core of lighter vein drama, which basically sustains audience interest. A group of thugs rob a bank and lock up in a canvas bag more than a crore rupees of cash stolen from the vaults of the bank. In the process a watchman is killed. The bag is hidden in a railway station cloakroom and the receipt is accidentally hurriedly drop by one of the rogues into the handbag of a working girl Satya (Sridevi), who chances to visit a photo studio where the thugs are present. Once the chief of these rowdies, by name Nayar (Paresh Rawal) comes to know of this, he and his men begin the chase for the girl Satya, unaware of what is in store for her she is surprised when one of these goons visit her house. In the ensuing struggle, a goon gets killed and Satya is framed for the murder.
She is on the run now. She falls in company of Chandu (Venkatesh), a small time thief and pickpocket, when the latter saves her from another bunch of rowdies. The police headed by Inspector Yadav (Rami Reddy) also chase the pair. Thus, the three groups set out and move into forests, where most of the drama occurs. The entire film, from then is nothing but chase and relevant adventures in the process. Analyzing the situation, Satya and Chandu realize that there is a chit in her bag for which the gang is chasing them. And they get back to Satya apartments, which is heavily guarded by the police. They manage to enter stealthily and to get hold of the receipt of the cloakroom. And at the same time the gang also is after them. Now the drama shifts to railway station and then on to a train, where the climax is set. A dramatic action finish is given to the film.
Sridevi corners histrionic glory. Paresh Rawal as Nayar who appears to have spoken his dialogues himself, with terribly affected accent, manages well to kick up humor in his eccentric appeal. Venkatesh is strong in action scenes of fight and chase. The music by Keeravani is another asset.

Cast:
Chittoor V nagaiah,
Gauripathy Sastry,
Ramanujachari,
Govindarajulu Subba Rao,
P Kannamba,
Kanchanamala,
Sarala & Mohini
Story:
Debut production of vauhini's predecessor, Rohini Pics, launching a local, Madras based Telugu film industry with the first Telugu reformist social made in the same year as the equally influential Raithu Bidda(1939).
The film tells of a decadent dancer, madhuri (Kanchanamala), who seduces the upright Dr. Krishna Rao (Ramanujachari) into leaving his good wife Radha (Kannamba). The doctor becomes an alcoholic and is framed for the murder of Vishweshwara Rao, the trustee of his father's estate. Krishna Rao's brother-in-law Gopinath ( Chittoor V Nagaiah) helps the hero and later offers shelter to a destitute Radha. Radha has scuffle with Madhuri, falls down the stairs and becomes mentally unbalanced, ending up in walking in the streets of Madras denouncing God, truth and justice.
Nagaiah's sensational debut included the two hits Kallu manandoyi (Leave the drinking) and the upbeat nationalist Lendu Bharata Veerulara! (Arise, soldiers of India). The films narrative style became a key model for Vauhini's sprawling melodramas, among the best-known Indian films in the genre. The film was apparently adapted popular stage play Rangoon Rowdy.
