Bhoomika to produce a film with Charmy as heroine

Heroine Bhoomika is turning in to a producer with the film Dhooram. Charmy and Bhoomika are going to play lead roles. Bhoomika's husband Baratha Takur is looking after this production house 'Downtown films banner'.
Allari Ravi Babu is the director. It is going to be another thriller like Bhoomika's Anasuya and Charmy's Manthra.

A SEQUEL TO ALLU ARJUN S ARYA

Dil Raju made the film Arya with Bunny and Sukumar. That film was a big hit at the box office.

Now Sukumar is getting ready to make the sequel to his Arya. Allu Arjun will be the hero in this sequel. Chatrapthi Sivaji and Jagadam producer Prasad and Aditya are jointly producing this sequel.

Dil Raju has bought the Nizam rights of this film.

DR. YS RAJASEKHAR FOR RAJA SEKHAR S "SATYAMEVA JAYATHE" INAGURAL

Dr Rajasekhar, who achieved the ‘angry young man’ title with his films earlier, had no notable hits to his credit in the recent past. However, his last film ‘Yevadaithe Naakenti’ gave him life again as an artiste. After the success of that film, Dr Rajasekhar started getting good offers. In this backdrop, Dr Rajasekhar planned to bring out a new movie on his own and Jeevitha Rajasekhar would direct the movie. It is worth mentioning here that the film is the remake of a successful Bollywood film ‘Khakhi’.
The film is likely to go to sets on June 14. Both Jeevitha and Rajasekhar met the Chief Minister, Dr Y.S. Rajasekhar Reddy recently and invited him to the inaugural of the film and the latter accepted their invitation. The most interesting points to be noted here is that Sivaji, got the opportunity to play another hero (the role played by Akshay Kumar in the original), while Shraddha Arya was selected to play the heroine (the role played by Aiswarya Rai in Khakhi).

KRISHNA BHAGAWAN WITH ANOTHER BIG HEROINE

It is well aware that popular comedian Krishna Bhagawan turned a hero with ‘John Appa Rao 40 +’. After that he signed for another couple of films as hero. While Simran played opposite Krishna Bhagawan, during his debut film as hero, it is Ramyakrishna who is going to play opposite him in the lead role for ‘Mr Gireesam’.

Ramyakrishna, who was once the most sought after heroine, was off the screen for the past some time and is making her presence on the big screen after a long gap. Viswa Prasad is going to direct the movie. The film is likely to go to sets on June 6.

MAHESH AND SURYA IN A MULTI-STARRER FILM BY YS JAGAN

YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, son of CM YS Rajashekar Reddy is entering in to film productions after entering in to print and electronic media.

The first film would be a multi-starrer film to be directed by VV Vinayak.

The film will be bilingual film of Tamil and Telugu. Mahesh Babu and Surya of Ghajini fame will play the lead roles. Mahesh already nodded his approval for this project.

This film will go on floors only after Varudu with Trivikram completes its shoot.

The film is likely to go on floors from the 2nd week o0f January 2009.

NO TELUGU ACTOR FOR RUDRAKSHA'S LEAD ROLES

Krishnavamsi's 'Rudraksha' has an interesting lead

Ace film maker Krishnavamsi who recently announced that he would be making a film with chocolate boy Tarun and the bubbly Genelia has now made another announcement. His next venture after that would be 'Rudraksha' and the lead cast has been very interesting.

Film is based on the conflict between god and the evil. The film will be made simultaneously in Telugu and Tamil. The film has been tentatively titled as Rudraksha.It is heard that Krishnavamsi has roped in Tamil hero Sarath Kumar, Kannada hero Upendra, the sizzling beauty Shriya for the lead roles. While Shriya's presence is fine, one really wonders what the secret is behind not taking any Telugu stars for the lead role.

Sunkara Madhumurali will produce the film under the Sri Karthikeya Creations banner. GV Prakash, nephew of AR Rehman will score the music for the film.RD Rajasekhar was selected to provide cinematography.
