Naresh was born on 1 January 1982 in Hyderabad. He is the son of veteran director E.V.V. Satyanarayana.

This tall and dark actor of Tollywood is capable of tickling your funny bone.He got Allari to his name after his first film Allari (2002). He was able to portray the role of a comedy hero. His unique dialogue delivery style with satire has got him a lot of appreciation. His father directed the movie Kithakithalu (2006) with Naresh in it. This movie was a commercial success.


He then did off beat movies like Pranam (2003), Nenu (2004), Danger (2005), Gamyam (2008). He got rave reviews for enacting the role of ‘Gaali Seenu’ in Gamyam (2008). His movie Maa Alludu Very Good (2003) got a good appreciation.In 2008, he was given the "Star of the Year" award.
