ILEANA TO BE ANIMATED OPPOSITE RAJINIKANTH IN "SULTAN"

Finally, Soundarya Rajinikanth who was looking out for an actress for her magnum opus and debut directorial venture Sultan The Warrior has found a suitable heroine. According to sources Tollywood's popular actress Ileana has been roped in to play the lead for the animated film opposite superstar Rajinikanth. The sources reveal that Ileana was in Chennai recently and met Soundarya at her Ocher Studios and after several levels of discussion the actress was finalised for a modest remuneration.

Insiders reveal that though the actress initially demanded a huge sum, she came down after being advised by her close friends in Hyderabad and realised the international appeal of the film. After all, she would be the first ever actress to be animated in a feature film along with Rajinikanth.
The crew of the film just came back to Chennai from Vietnam after selecting the backdrops for the film. Rajinikanth and Ileana are now expected to join the crew to commence work in a Motion Capture Animation Studio in Hyderabad, in August. The lead actors will be shooting for the film, which would be later animated. According to close sources the actress has given a five-day call sheet as of now. The videos of the five songs for the film, composed by A. R. Rahman will be shot abroad. Sources close to Ileana have confirmed the information.

SOUNDARYA RAJINIKANTH FEATURES KATHANAYAKUDU

Rajinikanth’s daughter Soundarya, owner of Ocher Studios, will be featured in the song ‘Cinema Cinema’ of Kathanayakudu.

The aim of this song is to bring to the fore all those unsung (and off-screen) heroes without whom a film cannot be made. The song features everyone involved in a film: from a light boy to the film distributors. It also felicitates the fans. This song also features Rajinikanth's daughter Soundarya, whose Ocher Studios has created the special effects in this film. Therefore she also finds a place in this song, in which she will be shown working in her office. The young and energetic entrepreneur, who is making unprecedented progress in Kollywood, has been aptly named Soundarya. One look at her, her career and lifestyle, the immediate question that comes to anyone's mind is: Why did she not try her hand at acting in films and prefers to remain out of the spotlight?! But her simplicity is understandable when one considers her superstar father’s simple and abstemious life.

Music director G.V. Prakash, who won the heart of the superstar in this film with his music and is sure to soar as high as his uncle A.R. Rahman did, also appears in this song.

Superstar Rajnikanth's daughter Soundarya is now running her own studio, Ocher Studios. She is making an animation film based on her father Rajnikanth. The film titled 'Sulthan the Warrior' is now in an advanced stage.

Soundarya is now keen to make regular films in Kollywood as well as Tollywood. She has signed up Ajit for a Tamil film. She has now entered into an agreement with Warner Brothers to produce a series of films in Telugu.

Soundarya will make her debut in Tollywood with a film starring Mahesh Babu as hero. Puri Jagannath will direct this film. The film will be a sequel to the blockbuster movie Pokiri. It is a known news and the reports say that the budget for this tri-lingual film will be around 60 crore. That shows it's more expensive than Rajni Kanth's 'Sivaji' and 'Dasavataram'.

Soundarya Rajinikanth’s Ocher Studios have teamed up with Warner Bros. Pictures India. Soundarya has decided that her brainchild Ocher, will also start churning out live movies, not just animated ones.

It is a very astute move as Warner Bros. Pictures India is well-known for its marketing strategies and has a very well-defined marketing network. Soundarya Rajinikanth said that she is really happy with this pact as Warner Bros. India is a world leader in the entertainment industry.

Warner Bros. Pictures India big shots Blaise Fernandes (Country Head) and Richard J. Fox (Executive Vice President) were also in agreement with her. They said that this combination is going to expand the market for local movie production.

This sure looks a big move by which Ocher is going to rise to higher levels in the film industry.
