She entered telugu film industry in the year 1942 by the film “Patni”. She started her career as a stage artist. She played all type of characters on the stage. She had a very high pitch voice by which she applauded by the people in both cinemas and dramas.
She had big eyes and good looking face. Speech, singing, poetry, action, firmness were her vital airs of the body. She acted in 100s of films in her career. She was famous for “mother” roles. She acted with top stars like ANR, NTR etc. Totally she acted in above 150 movies in Telugu, Malayalam and Tamil languages.
