Story: Pratyagatma's 2nd film is a musical melodrama and tells of hero Ravi who decides to marry a lower-caste woman and has to leave home to do so. 
The film included several comedy-interludes featuring Venkatramaiah and established Krishnakumari as a major Telugu star while confirming the director's signature in the Prasad tradition of musical family melodramas.
