The successful films of Yuva Ratna Nandamuri Balakrishna like ‘Bhale Donga and Rowdy Inspector’ were released on May 7. Now the latest flick of Young Tiger NT Rama Rao, ‘Kantri’ is also slated for release on the same day to cash in on the sentiment. Hansika Motwani of ‘Desamuduru’-fame is playing the female lead in the movie, while Prakash Raj is playing the hero’s father.

As per the film unit sources, the film has father-son relationship in the backdrop. Debutant director Meher Ramesh wielded the megaphone for the movie while C Aswinidutt is producing the movie on the banner of Vyjayanti Movies. Manisharma scored fantastic tunes and the audio proved a big hit indicating the success of the movie.
