To reform the society or to spoil the society the cinema will takes the role.This true to come to a decision in early days of cinema.They believed through the cine media to achieve social reform.In this way Gudavalli Rambramham entered to cine field.Basically he was mahatma gandhi follower.He was maintained a stationary shop at vijayawada,in the name of friends and co.In 1931 he went madras for the asst. editor post in samadarsini journal.Tapi Dharma rao was editor of that journal.Samudrala raghavacharya also working in samadarsini.Samudrala and Gudavalli were friends from long back.So he also went to the studios and watching thick the movies shooting.Then he get the thought social reform will reach by cinemas to society.In 1938 he started Malapilla.In that picture he discussed un-touchability and harijanodharana.That picture was very well received by telugu people.In 1939 through raitu bidda film he discussed jamindari system,that movie also very well received by telugu people.Gudavalli Rambramham was guide for so many directors,writers,actors and technicians like inturi venkateswara rao,kasthuri siva rao,lanka satyam,gopichand,madapati ramachandra rao etc.
What ever it may be he proved the power of cinema for social reforming.
